Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill, who is about to start his second season with the team, is under investigation for allegedly slapping an employee at the Haulover Marina. The Miami-Dade Police Department said they are investigating the allegation of assault and battery involving the 29-year-old athlete that occurred on Sunday. The workers at Kelley Fishing Fleet, located at 10800 Collins Ave., did not want to speak on camera, but one of the owners told 7News that Hill hit a 57-year-old marina worker. She said she hoped to have this matter handled privately with an apology, but since the allegations are now public, that may not happen. The owner of the Fishing Fleet said cameras caught video of Hill hitting the worker, but she isn’t ready to release it. Over the weekend, Hill posted a video of himself with his agent fishing on a boat with a caption that said he was in a 45-minute battle with a shark and “good times.” The post has since been taken down, one source...

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Apple illegally subjected employees to “coercive” interviews and interfered with the distribution of union leaflets at a New York City Apple Store, a U.S. labor board judge ruled Tuesday. The finding represents the first time that an administrative law judge at the National Labor Relations Board, a federal agency, has ruled against Apple. Such activities ran afoul of U.S. labor law that protects the right of workers to organize, the judge wrote.Similarly, Esposito ruled that Apple managers had singl...
