The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers not to use ultrasound medical devices manufactured and distributed by RoyalVibe Health, CellQuicken, or Well-Being Reality.According to the FDA, the safety and effectiveness of these devices have not been established to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. The administration says using these medical devices may result in adverse effects, including pain, bruising, burns, scarring, nerve damage, muscle weakness, or numbness. SALT LAKE CITY (KTVX) -- It took 51 days for someone to find the $25,000 prize in the 2023 Utah Scavenger Hunt. Treasure-seekers from Utah and beyond have been on an exciting journey across the state to locate the treasure. Using only a secret riddle in the form of a poem to guide them, a wave of hunters did their best to decipher its meaning. An Iowa woman, Chelsea Gotta, made three separate trips to search and nearly gave up before deciding to give it one last shot. COLORADO (KRQE) - Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials saved a bear cub trapped in a dumpster over the weekend.CPW said the cub climbed into the trash receptacle in a community south of Denver while searching for food. What is that string of lights over New Mexico’s night sky? Wildlife experts and Douglas County Sheriff's deputies placed a chain link fence inside so the bear could make its way out of the dumpster.After "clambering out," the cub ran off and was reunited with its mother. The teenage girl who died after prosecutors say she was intentionally run over during a fight between two groups of people in downtown Forest Lake early Sunday loved animals and dreamed of becoming a veterinarian.Darisha Tela Bailey Vath, 17, of Stacy, Minn., died after she was struck by a Mazda 3 driven by Dylan Robert Simmons, 20, of North Branch, around 1:20 a.m. Sunday, according to Capt. FONDA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Amsterdam woman was sentenced to the maximum of two terms of 2-4 years in state prison to run concurrently. Jacquinn Tanner, 38, was convicted of grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and identity theft. Tanner was caught on surveillance footage finding and using someone's debit card left in a credit card payment machine at Kennedy's Fried Chicken at the Riverfront Center in Amsterdam. Tanner also took a picture of the card and shared the photo with another individual. The second individual was convicted in Fulton County of stealing $1,300 from the account.Tanner's criminal history includes convictions for grand larceny and welfare fraud, in addition to six prior misdemeanor convictions. The Saratoga Springs Skate Park was built in 1989 and was the first municipal skate park in New York. The skate park has now been transformed into a brand new, modern, poured-in-place concrete park.
